New Volunteer Forms & Information

Thank you for your interest in Petpals Animal Assisted Therapy and Activities

Below are the name of the forms you will need to become a member of Petpals. Please send us an email to receive the forms by mail or E-mail. Please specify the format you wish to receive, PDF or MSword.

Please note: that every volunteer will need to attend a training class, regardless of any other training classes your pet might have had in the past.

There is a membership fee, plus a one time Introductory to AAT class fee.
